• Corner lounge-cooking with table and highchairs, refrigerator, sticks 2 induction-fires, multi-oven (microwaves + steakhouse) barkeeper (coffeepot), kettle, electric toaster + utensils cooks.
• A shower-room with Italian shower, toilets and small piece of furniture bowl,
• A room with sleeping around in 140 x 190 with TV wall flat screen with big drawers under the bed base for arrangements.
  
• Terrace of 6 m ² in continuity of the caravan with table and chairs in teak and pergolae for the shade, the access by steps in the privative terrace of 100 m ² proposing you electric barbecue and hamac to relax.

A fenced-in swimming pool with safety features (9.40m x 4.20m).
P arking spaces, boules area, volleyball / badminton court, ping pong table and children's play area with a slide, a see-saw and swings, as well as two football goals.
